BTAs work process is like any other design company’s. First, and most important, we’ll talk at no charge to you until you have a clear understanding of what we can offer and we have a clear understanding of what you need. After we understand what is expected we’ll discuss timeline and budget and then deliver a reasonable estimate for your project. After the contracts are signed and the project begins you will never have any surprise costs. If, for any reason there is additional work needed all cost will be agreed on before work begins. We require a contract regardless of the size of the project with dates assigned to deliverables. This way there is never a miss understanding of what is to be delivered and when it is to be delivered, you know what to expect, we know what to deliver. Depending on the size of the project your contract may include delivery of thumbnail designs, the initial delivery, author edits and final delivery date.

BTA is first and foremost a commercial business, but we also have a vested interest in the success of our customers. Because of our commercial and personal interest in that success we can work within most budgets to deliver your media needs. BTA is not only interested in working for large companies, but also the smaller start-ups, home based business and even the individual.
